Thanksgiving Adventures

Rainbow Springs Man-made Waterfall.

Hi Everyone! !

I'm hoping that everyone's Thanksgiving was wonderful !

Our holiday was full of suprises ! We drove about 4 hours north, to a "little" town, relaxed horse country. It was a wonderful trip, the kids are already asking when we can go back !

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner with Friends, including our first fried Turkey ! Delicious !

Hi-lights included playing with LOTS of dogs, big ones, little ones, blind ones, serious ones, silly ones ! The kids loved every minute ! Exploring the "backyard" that included a waterway that was part everglades, part lake. Citrus trees, a bat-house, (think bird-house, they eat ALOT of mosquitoes ! !) Sandhill Cranes wandering around, and of course the Bonfire was by far a fun new thing to do ! The kids cleared their backyard of every leaf, twig, and pine cone, " Will this burn, mommy?" Ya, the kids had a blast, Mommies had a heart-attack ! ! Everyone was safe and respectful of the fire, and it was all fun ! We went exploring in a state park with natural springs and several waterfalls ! wow !

Enjoy the pictures !

Enjoying the boat ride, beautiful scenery, autumn colors ! Can you believe it !?!

S'mores, anyone?

Picking the O for the J !
She thought it was very cool to bring them inside and make juice !
(orange trees are very short, by the way. She's not on a ladder !)
